Promoting education is key to the progress of any country because it represents one of the most influential factors in the development of individuals and societies.
ESRU Scholarships support low-income young people so they can begin and complete their undergraduate and graduate studies. The goal is to train the first professionals in their families so that, through their knowledge and efforts, they can advance in social mobility. It also encourages academic achievement to facilitate job placement and prevent school dropouts.
The ESRU Foundation has awarded 720 scholarships to 325 students from 137 schools.
One of my biggest dreams was to study a Bachelor's degree. In life we go through difficult times, but there is always something that doesn't let you fall and makes you continue on your path and be in a constant struggle. The support of the ESRU Foundation was my greatest blessing, and it is proof that in this life we are not alone! My life is not the same.
