The Espinosa Rugarcía Foundation, IBP (ESRU), was founded in 2000 by Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía, building on the legacy of her father, Don Manuel Espinosa Yglesias, with the goal of guaranteeing access to quality education for certain segments of the population that require much more favorable educational opportunities.
